Adsense and Affiliate Marketing are two great ways to make money on the internet and two of the most common ways to make money online. I like the fact that you have so many alternatives and method for making a buck for yourself on the internet. These two methods are two of my personal favorites to make money on the internet.
There are clear differences between the two methods. In fact they are almost like night and day. The way that you make money with Adsense is publishing Google Ads on your website or blog related to the content that you are distributing on your website or blog. When someone clicks on an published ad on your website or blog, you will get paid a particular amount for that click. The click value depends on the amount the advertiser is bidding for the keyword reflected on the content on your site.
When you are promoting Affiliate Marketing, you have to put in a little more than you would with Adsense. You don't have to do too much though. All you really have to do is set up a blog or website surrounding the Affiliate program you are promoting. Affiliate Marketing is more so surrounded around the payment method. You can get paid per sale and/or per acquisition (per signup or per lead).
It might a little more challenging to promote Affiliate products because you have to do a little more selling than you would with Google Adsense. With Google Adsense, all you have to do is simply add content to your website or blog and use traffic methods to get traffic to your website.
