I believe revenge is resistencse and resistences is negetive emotion so if you feel revengeful think a different thought like saying im off!, im off! im off!

Revenge is not good, and make you guilty after you do that. better you should give a 'positive revenge'. You can make something good in a job or make a great achievement, and let him know what you did :)
