Why I can't advertise on my facebook?

all you have to do is cloak whatever site your trying to post on FB and you'll be able to get around that

Open your facebook privacy settings:
In the last option that says " Who can look me up ?"
Look for the question that asks " Do you want other search engines to link to your timeline."
Turn it "ON".

That's it.. I hope you can advertise now.

You mean by advertising with PAID ADS or ?

There are sites that Facebook doesn't allow facebook users to post. If the links you are posting contain prohibited sites, chances are it's immediately declined.
