I learned to create sites with HTML and CSS...but now I use WordPress all the time and I'm lazy. lol

I find it depends upon what type of website I am creating. If it's a blog, then I'll use wordpress everytime, but if it's a static, then I'll create it with photoshop and deamweaver as you have so much more control over it

Dreamweaver and Photoshop are the elite tools but I find myself not bothering any more...I use Photoshop and Wordpress mostly....Wordpress has so many plugins and themes that I can create any site that anyone else has if I wanted to just about.

Wordpress, once you understand it. Weebly is much easier, but is not Wordpress... Used Wix once, similar to Weebly, more dynamic stuff. Between those three you could easily do it.
