To answer the second part first: CPC means "Cost Per Click". It is a notional amount calculated by dividing the AMOUNT you pay for a single campaign, divided by the number of cicks/visits to your website that the particular campaign generates. It really is not that useful, except to compare campaigns or traffic vendors. The best PTC sites I have encountered are ClixSense & Donkey Mails and My browser cash; you will not make a fortune, but you will make some money & they DO pay!
