Since last 9 years I did not find any complain banking with PNB. Every year PNB is giving dividend upto 45% to its share holders.

ICICI so far ,since they have not given me any shocks as yet and are professional compared to others....I had 2 horrible policy experiences with HDFC where facts were supressed and though the hdfc country head sorted out everything I would never take anything from hdfc ever.

Actually, none of the Indian Indian banks are good ... they are all mediocre or abysmal, failing in many aspects of simple principles of the etiquette of public relations or even of the BFSI standards. believe me, I know, being a certified Auditor for Quality processes as well as BS7799 and other standards. I am assuming we are talking of nationalized banks here.
