What's your best shopping experience? Online or In-store?

My best shopping experience was online. I found a great deal on silk nighties that I had been wanting for a long time. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was quick and hassle-free. Plus, the delivery was fast and the nightgown were exactly what I expected.
