If it concerns your business and your talking to a prospect then you need to connect a 3 way call with a sponsor or someone you trust to help you answer the question so that they have all the information to make a wise choice.

Accept you do not know the answer at that time and say will let you know later. Find out the answer through your friends and convey it.
