My comfort food is Sinigang and pancit bihon with a lot of vegetable as a toppings.

My comfort food when I'm feeling stressed is usually a bowl of hot macaroni and cheese with a side of fruit. I find that the cheesy, creamy comfort of the macaroni and cheese helps to soothe my stress and the sweetness of the fruit helps to brighten my mood.
