What is the difference between 14 and 18k gold?

This k defines the quality of the gold minimum 8 and maximum 24k.

There is difference related to the percent of gold. In 14k 60% gold and 40%, other metals include while in 18k 75% gold only 25% other metal. real gold is 24k in which 100% gold and it is very soft.

I don't know difference between 14 & 18k gold... But I know this that 18k gold is most quality than 14k.
