I am not sure about it. You can find it in that site. I think clickbank payment option is through paypal. I just joined and never started again to promote, so I am not sure about most of the things.
About matrimonial sites, it is usually Indian based so we can't get problems. I am not sure one matrimony site is from google and it is present in India, made for Indians. You could try that in my view. I would just check and give you clear idea.
