A person who has self satisfaction & is contented with what he has, leads a very HAPPY LIFE.

Happy life has nothing to do with circumstances...it is a constant appreciation of what you have...like i said it numerous times, happiness is a choice you make!

When an person takes out fear of future and starts enjoying every minute and work for the future.....that's what we call us Happy life...

A happy man is who does not care for worldly anxieties. He is not overjoyed in his achievements and disconsolate in failures. He is a believable person. He is self dependent. He is always honest and has no ill will for anybody. Money is not everything for him. He is never proud of himself. He always speaks the truth. Thus the man who has these qualities will be happy beyond expetations.

For these qualities, he is honoured. Such a man leads very happy life. ^_^

I think happiness comes from within, no outward or monetary thing can give you true happiness. I do not believe it is a choice, I suffered from depression for many years before seeking help and then things started turning around. I'm a very happy person now, but that's also due to growing up and having a personal belief in your God. I agree with what both Joe and Terry said. Peace.
