@Raj Solanki, Actually if you have site and client wants only two phase keyword to ranked in that condition. Yes, you do for inner pages also if you have different keywords.

Anubhav, if we wish to do this for inner pages which has videos with low content. It's health industry site some of the keywords are self healing and eft tapping.

@Raj Solanki, I understand what you want to say, ranked two phase keyword for particular site. If you want to ranked two phase keyword then you have to focus on home page, you have to do quality work, related to that keyword you search keyword phrases which help to rank your keyword at top, use the tools, not used landing page or any blog to promote.
I optimized the two word keyword and bring to top 10 search results. It take 3.5 month, the keyword is "Frozen Pension" for UK based site.

Agree with you Gangadhar, But What if client force us to optimize his given keywords.

It depends on your optimization and web promotion strategy b'coz first of all you need to do keyword analysis and select right keywords for the optimization.
