I caught some misleading points here in this discussion. 1st if ranking here means PR then it had no direct correlating with SERP and thus no direct correlation with traffic. SERP does up and down for it need continuous SEO effort. As for PR went down, i think some of suggestion and review from others can be checked and seen seriously.

I think Google shows ranking by storycal topics, its contain title as perfect sentence. Meta faces same things and content needs to unique & long....

Are you updating your sitemap and backlinks requests (pinging) regularly enough ? You should do this every 7 days at the latest !

Just checked your website, no follow links and most of them from forum. The other reason must be due to humming bird updates where old back link checking is given some additional priority. Even i have faced same problem taken help from one SEO Expert who helped me on this

i already post unique article and content for my blog,
i dont buy paid service that provide traffic to my site,
