I would monitor the SPAM a little better. Example of that is when someone asks a question and then answers it themselves. That's just one of many :)

I like it very much as it stands. The phone conection would be an improvement even if I am not a phone fan.
I would eliminate explicit pictures. Many people don´t like them.

I'd do just what the current admin does - go on a long vacation, never monitor the site, let spam and inappropriate posts run rife.

I would ban the word ESCORTS which would eliminate these sites from appearing daily

Need to fix the badges and make the site a family safe and biz network.
