Greetings Dawn C.! The very best way to get referrals that I have experienced is to ask people directly to join your program. Although this can be quite time consuming, it still proves that word of mouth is the best advertising. You can also offer to exchange referrals with people-meaning-Tell them you will join their program IF they join yours; but when you do that, it is best to make sure you both check out each other's program before you join so you can make sure you like it.
