How to modify U tube videos?

Download the video first, Then got window movie maker the add full video and and some images to the and add effects to the images. YOu will get a modified video.

I have windows 8.1 version triefd to down load Movie maker..it is compatible with windows 7 not able to down load getting error message ..mailed for solution to Microsoft waitimg for answer
any alternative ?

You need to download the video first.
You can free youtube downloaders, some are even online (no softwares to install)
Then, you can modify it using "Windows Movie Maker", again this is free (look for it if you don't already have it)
Now this will be the hardest part.
You need to learn about the program but it's not that hard to do the basic things.
Anyways, it will serve you for a long time so might learn it.
