How to increase Honor Points in Apsense?

Hi, I am interested in understanding the logic behind Honor Points? How do they increase? On which factor they are dependent?
If you know any logic or idea behind it, plz explain. Thanks in advance?

 Auto Hail Repair DenverClick "Home" at the top of the site when logged in and you will see something like "Honor Points: Junior (9)" in the left menu. The number is a link, click that and it will take you to a page showing the honor points you have earned. At the end of that page, just below your total honor points, you will see "Note: Honor points are updated weekly. Learn more about Honor Point, please click here."
