be active yourself in Apsense then promote it to business networks. There are loads that exist in the net but be careful, not all business networks or groups are stable.

First use it yourself so you understand what it can do, then promote it where people can use more exposure and contacts. Take advantage of the custom referral links they provide us and add your own personal STORY to support them. Stories convert much better than blatant raw links or advertising ever will.
