How often do you take packed/processed foods?

Usually buy fresh food from our traditional market.

I used fresh and home made food.

i try not to need to much processed food ,its best to look after your body :)

I usually take packed foods when I work away from home,that is maybe 3-4 times a week.

I try to limit my intake of packaged and processed foods. The amount of sodium in those products is terribly high.

Never had it always fresh and all netaural and organic.

As a rule , I like fresh cooked food. I take packed food as a last resort, otherwise I am in favor of throwing it in the gutter.

Depends on the situation. But I try to avoid buying packs food.

I always avoid packaged or processed food as it contains lot of harmful ingredients but sometimes if there is no choice then have to take it but it is quiet rare

packed food its simple..can bring go anywhere

Packed food are urgent food, if we are going anywhere so we can eat these food. then i like packed food.
