How do you guys feel about Chinese food?

I love Chinese food, especially sushi! I can eat sushi every day.

You hit the nail on the head with your own statement. They tend to hire family (as many small restaurants do). You don't have to pay family as much if you are taking care of them, but you would have to pay employees unrelated to you more. So if given the choice between low cost labor related to you and expensive labor from strangers which would you choose?
