Have you taken a look at JVZoo? They offer free listings. If you have a sales page you could also list it in Traffic Exchanges if it's IM related. Or if you have a blog (and it's getting traffic), you could sell it on your blog. You could also share it with friends on Facebook or create a fanpage for the book on FB and sell it there. You can also try to use Pinterest.... J
