When we allow Society to define the journey and destination can become clouded very easily.

Passion is a very subjective and emotive subject, when combined and used with the fundamentals of business it is a powerful ingredient, it is not something I could say how to use as it so personal a subject and different for each of us.

How can people effectively mesh the monetary and passion or will your passion automatically lead to passion?

In the early days it was pure monetary gain, nowadays it's a passion for what I do the people and product I work with

Starting out I would advise people to not to try to please everyone, don't believe that just by setting up your shop window that people will come and buy from you, don't fool yourself that the path will be easy, Passion, discipline, focus and hard yards are what will get you there

The hardest part of business for me would be dealing with 5 minute experts, the greatest joys nowadays are seeing businesses I've mentored flourish

I have been in business for nearly 40 years and expanded my businesses online 20- ish years ago
