In online world don't loose your focus and stay positive.Leave them their negativity you don't need it.If you ignore them you don't give them the food they need and they will go away.Just keep your focus on positive and on results you want . In real offline world just avoid to give them that can enter your inner field and stay calm if they can feed them self they go away from you

Walk away from them as quickly as possible. Some are brought up on very negative environment. So it is next to impossible to change them. I think it's not their fault actually.

Great question! If it's possible - Walk away from negative people.... If not, then don't cater to their negativity - Understand that you can NOT change them. It's out of your control - You can only control how you react to their negativity by not becoming negative like them!
