How do you deal with emotional pain?

Mike, I did the right thing I feel for the right reason...even asked the person what should I do without giving full details and the replied the right thing...so I did it but they will never know or believe me...it's the emotional type pain but I guess it's life.

Christine, in this case I never knew that there was love back so I buried myself in work that has been impossible to get out of...and no it's not me that I'm concerned with because I didn't do what I should have in the first place...ti

Hehe, when i share my idea about emoitional pain, i also learn from others. It need courage,power and engery to cope with it and cure by ourselvs and take time to release it.

Emotional pain is a part of life. Go to your quiet place, and cry, then pray, then learn, and then forgive. Not all the time the emotional pain you feel, is about you, although it hurt you. Love is not selfish, to love is the greatest for you, thats what your are responsible for, not for who loves you back.

How to deal with emotional pain? Love and forgiveness works for me.

hello, i am william, i experience the hardest emotional pain in 2008. I changed the city and now i am ok,return to the city that i stayed.
The best way,i think, it is just let it go.When we become powerful enough, we can remove the emotional pain easily.
I forget one thing, i was once a doctor in Hospital.
