How do I tell my friend I want to date her?

Take her to some romantic place and then tell her how you feel. Be honest and let things develop on its own, don't push it.

If she feels same then i will say you take her to the place she like the most and tell her how you feel.

Just tell here what you want --> to be more than friend.
Be yourself and everything will fall in place.

That depends on shat kind of girl she is ,if she is hot or outgoing and talktive,tell he directly.
if she is shy,you should find some reaons,or invite some friends together,someone he also familar with.Or fine a good reson.
