Give men and women same chances and don`t let it be that men dictate women their decisions.

delete the gender, increased education of women in countries that differentiate between women and men of education.

In my opinion, only when the women are considered equals and allowed to make their own decisions about their lives without any repercussions and when females are held to be just as important as males.
