HYIPS is totally a ponzy scheme so it cannot be legal, cant say same about MLM companies since i have came across many legal ones.

Since , some looses and therefore one earns is the logic and hence HYIPs are illegal , then Share trading is also illegal ! Or Forex trading is also illegal !I think HYIPS are illegal because they rotate your money on false promises ,HYIP is based on lies , that is why one should take it as a fun !
