I think they should scrap the talent section altogether as the admin of this site seems not to monitor the site at all. I had posted a talent FIVE MONTHS AGO but it still shows as "pending"! Not only that, I had reported a few posts for being "spam" but the posts have not been deleted even though more than a month has passed.
It appears as if the admin has grown bored of his duties and only wants to earn advertising revenue from this site.
