Does hate pollute the mind?

People hate what they fear because it shows their own weaknesses. Too many people have not been taught to love and do not realise that hate takes more effort than fear. Do not fear people and you will not hate them. You are giving them power over you. Take back that power for yourself.

Find out what you hate and see how you keep thinking about it. When you realize there's nothing to hate... your mind becomes clear!

Most people hate because they are afraid of individual races. It's pathetic because they haven't figured out why. This starts from parents, so they teach their children to maintain this ugly emotion. What a wasted way of using the mind. If you hate, try using the brain for something more concrete and constructive.
