yes ofcourse, You can increase your organic ranking by using adwords, if you site is getting more hit by adword it's imact your organic ranking

Advertising by Adwords NOT IMPACTING organic traffic and rankings but help you to get immediate traffic for your websites.

However, there is no official confirmation regarding the same, but it may add a few benefits to organic search. sine AdWords is used to attract traffic, it can also make repeated users or visitors towards a money site. In other words, improvement in organic search.

Since you are using advertisement thru AdWords I don't think it will be considered as organic.

I am not useing it but I think its true.
