Every 5 days is ok. I've subscribed to some lists that send out only once a week and that's just as good. A few broadcast emails in between is fine as long as it's not daily pitching. ^_^

For me once a week is enough unless there is an urgent change.

Depends on what is store in it. If it is really the one who is looking for he doesn't mind receiving more than 3 too.

I personally like an email ever other day, especially when I'm really into the topic.

I agree with Roger... every day is too much whether a pitch or not. Anyone who really understands marketing online knows that once or twice a week is usually acceptable, and if you really have value in your product and your marketing style you may even send out one message once a month ( has to do with the chase...the list waiting for the next valuable piece of information with the hook at the end)

Lavaune, I'm not sure if your answer is related to my question, since banners impressions don't have anything to do with emails lists, imo

That depends on if it's a PITCH or has real value. I don't care if the pitches ever show up, but real value to ME is welcome several times a day.

I agree that an email every day is too much, maybe once or twice a week at most is right.
