Do you have any examples of the elderly who use computers for more than e-mail and game-playing?

It's been some three years since I recorded this question. Meanwhile my computer committed hari kari, I ended up in the hospital, my best friend died, and I've just rediscovered this site, my password, and these replies. And while I appreciate each post, it is interesting that in three years only 5 responses were given to the question and 4 of them in the first month. Is that indicative of how few users there are or how few folks read this site?

I'm almost 70 and do all kinds of things - from blogging to systems design and application development ... I modify code, create my own web sites and build membership sites for others - it's just one of my Fiverr Gigs -= The Business Builder Group =-

Its quite short sighted to believe someone over 70 doesnt know how to use a computer. Cant are very computer literate, my dad included who has been using computers for over 30 years.

I do not know the person I saw but he is 77 years old and is into marketing ^_^
