Can someone define SPAM please?

Depends on how we VIEW the messages, ads, etc. If we want to call it SPAM, we can, or if we don't want to, it's our choice. It's a DEMOCRATIC world! LOL! ;-)

When my son and I lived here alone we sometimes had fried Spam for dinner, with cheese melted on top. Yummy, but a heart attack waiting to happen.

In our defense we usually had a salad with it to balance out the health issue...

Internet Spam is equivalent to Junk Mail, sending out a million messages/emails/IMs hoping ONE will turn into a lead. It's not always bad, sometimes you actually get things you're interested in

"Spam" generally refers to a message/reply without much detail. It could also refer to messages/replies that are very similar to the one above them, such as "Wow! Nice!".
