BTC Crypto Wallet Problem?

My BTC wallet has money in it sent to my address by CoinPayments (CP) The BTC balance and value of the wallet is no longer reflected in my CP App. They are now saying my BTC wallet is not on their platform, but I know the address is correct and the funds are in my wallet. Question: How can I gain access to my BTC wallet now that CP is saying that it is no longer linked to their app ... is that even legal and ethical or is it a clear sign of fraudulent manipulation on CP's sde? What are your thoughts in this regard?

Correction - I found out, this BTC wallet was indead not supplied by CoinPayments -
I have since managed to regain access to it and all is fine! :)
