Give attractive title and pictures so that people will find it interesting..and by this more visitors will visit your blog.

Your blog falls in which category?? If it's a money making related blog then the best way to promote is advertise it on ptc sites. You'll get lots n lots of visitors at cheap rates. If the blog is of any other category then you can use fb likes, google+, twitter & other social networking sites along with traffic generator websites.
