It was simply you lucky day.. your question was getting clicked or commented on, or liked.... So if you ask a question that is good and will benefit others.... it will get action and action may lead to being in the Spotlight Campaign

Only when you create a campaign with higher than 500 credits, you will got spotlight awards.
