How will AI reshape food delivery apps in the next 5 years?

In the next 5 years, AI will transform food delivery apps by enabling hyper-personalized recommendations, optimizing delivery routes with real-time traffic and weather data, automating customer service with advanced chatbots, and streamlining operations through demand forecasting and inventory management. Additionally, AI-powered virtual kitchens and drone or robot deliveries may become more mainstream, reducing costs and delivery times.

I honestly don't see much that AI can do in terms of improving delivery or streamlining operations BUT what i am really confident is that AI will prove helpful in eliminating bad actors from abusing the food delivery platforms.

Food delivery apps are really becoming a necessity of life nowadays, and they seem to be more important than ever.
