Obviously dofollow, but its useless if the post is not even indexed by Google. So make sure you submit the blog post to google search console and for it to be indexed when you submit it,it has to be quality content that is at least 600 words (1000 words or longer would be better) and then create backlinks to the dofollow post so the dofollow backlink actually gives your target page value. Otherwise, its just a waste of time and not worth doing
