  Tutorial videos, sci-fi writerI just checked my account at PayPal. It's a Premium account. It's free, just like the personal account. There is the personal account, the business account and something in-between called the Premium account. PayPal recommends to have a Premium account if you intend to have something like a home-based business, else, they will find it suspicious if you have a personal account and start receiving many payments, they will believe you're involved in a scam or fraud program and freeze your account while they investigate, which might take a few days. The Water Filter LadyAll the accounts are free. They make their money off the service. If you sell something through their service they get 3% of the price of the product.
