I don't know where to try and start. My departure from Kansas City MCI to Chicago was dropped, that is fine and out of your control and mine. I am going with 2 seniors and my multi year old. When I went up to rebook my flight the front work area dismissed me as they were beginning with the "huge airplane terminal areas" first and I am making a trip to Norfolk which isn't huge enough to book my 2 senior guardians, myself and little girl. So we held up when we had the option to rebook there were no flights left for the afternoon. The lady that did our rebooking at the administration counter guided me to "hustle just a bit and choose" on the grounds that there are many individuals pausing and she can hardly wait on me. I can not hurry to settle on a choice. I presently won't almost certainly leave until tomorrow first thing. I need to get a lodging for my family and I'm simply sickened with the administration and treatment by the Southwest Airlines. I could never prescribe all of you to anybody and I won't utilize southwest until the end of time.
