I bought Proform 505 CST Treadmill for my wife and I to use at home. I spent quite a bit of time researching different treadmills and this one seemed to be the best bang for my buck. After ordering the treadmill, it arrived in timely fashion, but it is heavy and will take two people to transport to the location you want to have it. If at all possible have the delivery team put it where you want it.

The assembly took about 3 hrs. I read several posts where people complained about the assembly. I found it to be fairly easy. All of the bolts came labeled in a bubble pack which made it easy to identity the right bolts for the right steps in the assembly process. Plan on spending 2-3 hrs putting it together, but dont waste your money paying for assembly.

We have now been using the treadmill for over a month and we love Proform 505 CST Treadmill! I would say its comparable to most high end treadmills you find at a gym. I have a membership at 24 hr fitness, but will probably cancel it soon as I have little use for it after buying this treadmill. There are many different options and settings on the treadmill. I like to do the 3K run. The treadmill automatically makes adjustments in the speed and incline during the programmed workouts. It provides for a good variety and great workout! The display screen is well lit and easy to read, and the belt isnt too loud either!

Bottom line, if your considering getting a treadmill, buy this one! Great treadmill for a great price!
