The process of registering a Private Limited Company in India involves several steps:

a. Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): The first step is to obtain DSC for all proposed directors of the company. DSC is required for signing electronic documents during the registration process.

b. Director Identification Number (DIN): Each director must obtain a DIN from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). This unique identification number is mandatory for company directors in India.

c. Name Reservation: Choose a unique name for the company and apply for reservation with the Registrar of Companies (ROC). The proposed name should comply with the Companies Act, 2013 and should not resemble any existing company name.

d. Drafting of Documents: Prepare the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) outlining the company's objectives, rules, and regulations.

e. Filing of Incorporation Application: File the incorporation application along with required documents such as MOA, AOA, identity proof, address proof, and registered office address proof with the ROC.

f. Payment of Fees: Pay the prescribed registration fees to the ROC based on the authorized share capital of the company.

g. Certificate of Incorporation: Upon verification of documents and compliance with regulatory requirements, the ROC issues the Certificate of Incorporation, confirming the formation of the Private Limited Company.

Documents Required for Private Limited Company Registration:

a. Identity Proof: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID of all proposed directors.
b. Address Proof: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Bank Statement, or Utility Bill not older than two months.
c. Registered Office Address Proof: Rent Agreement, Sale Deed, or Property Tax Receipt along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the landlord.
d. Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
e. Duly filled incorporation forms such as SPICe (INC-32), INC-33 (for e-MOA), & INC-34.
