Dan Andersson, a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP, takes you through the exercise that will take the concepts from Module 1 and internalise the learnings.

Using a very successful teaching process, specially developed by the Oxford Programme, delegates will be taken through a course of lectures, discussion of learnings, full coaching and 24 exercises to develop incisive skills and techniques that empower the student to influence, motivate and communicate persuasively and powerfully. The purpose of the module is to give a hands-on practical coaching on how to use the techniques in practice, not theory.

The components of Module 2:

I. A Workbook to help delegates learn, understand, and use the techniques
II. Specially filmed and edited for the OP video coaching sessions, a total of 4 hours, which - with the breaks for exercises, is comparable to an intensive, three day one-on-one training course.
III. Audio trainings specially recorded for the OP University-on-Wheels for delegates to enjoy in their cars or during sports and recreation, as an aid to get deeper into the concepts.
IV. A 24-day daily coaching and motivational email programme to help keep delegates on track and further aid them in assimilating the Module.
V. Online self-certification, completion exam - which awards the delegate with an OP Module 2 Diploma.
