This is why we developed the Magic Survey Tool. We realized that it is not enough to feel as if a piece of software was working to our satisfaction, but it is most important to make certain that what we create is fully understood by those that use it. This is what provides the most value in anything we create, our commitment to making sure that customer comes first.
Originally developed as an in house product in order to better serve our clients, we made great strides in trying fully understand the client developer relationship. We found that strategic surveys worked the best when it came to finding out what works for our clients and what does not work. After a fairly long process of tweaking our system we felt confident that the Magic Survey Tool could help other organizations meet their client demand in a much more efficient manner.
