This is one of the best sources I have found for quality leads for my marketing business. Every month I receive a fresh 150,000 leads that are Can-Spam compliant. Each lead includes not only name and email but address, and telephone number.This means I am able to upload the leads into my voice broadcasting system. We use P.O.P. for this but you can upload them into LeadNet Pro or iBuzz as well.
The results are excellent and I have a constant supply every month.

ConsultantYes you can send emails to these people. Some are businesses and many are individuals. They have agreed to be contacted in the past. Off course anything you send them should include an opt-out link. I use them for voice broadcasting as well since they all have phone numbers.
