Isomalt, E953, 64519-82-0, the sweetness of sucrose about 45% to 65%, slightly moisture absorption, widely used in food, health care industry. Isomalt, is an equimolar mixture of two disaccharides, available as Granule 4-20mesh. With similar sweetness to sucrose, Isomalt is widely used as sweetener. Isomalt has a high stability, high tolerance, low-calorie, sweet and pure and so, for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity and fear of fat people eat.is a sugar substitute and a sugar alcohol made from beets. Despite its natural origins, the compound is generally considered artificial, at least in so far as it has been extensively chemically manipulated. It is most commonly used in commercial food manufacturing, and items that contain it can be labeled sugar free.
