The videos are very structured and they can be paused while you do the particular task. You then re-start it to continue until you have completed that section of the project.

Basically, this course shows you how to choose a product that is in demand from a reliable source, then you build a Facebook FanPage to promote it. You are then shown how to build an email list effectively. There are several other parts that need to be done which help with getting the item sold.

I would highly recommend this video course to anyone who is not especially technical, but who can follow instructions easily. You will be making money on the internet. I did.
