Since the launch of the Land Pooling Portal in February, landowners have so far registered 6407 hectares of land in five zones. Delhi's LG Anil Baijal said that the single window clearance facility has been introduced to facilitate speedy disposal of land pooling cases. Landlords who wish to join the scheme can apply. Since it is included in the world's big and smart project, good returns can be expected. NR Arvind, Director of Land Pooling DDA and Nilesh Rajadhyaksha, Project Coordinator of NIUA, said that the Smart City to be built in the Land Pooling Scheme will have pedestrian friendly roads.
