Review on Case for the Iron Cross 2nd Class

A privately purchased Case for the Iron Cross 2nd Class 1939. The case is the LDO 2 piece hard card case with LDO to the lid, and the case has had its paper hinge torn, as is very common. The inside has a cut out for the cross in the base, lined in a peach coloured cloth to the base, whereas the underside is plain. To the underside of the base, it's stamped EKII l/54. The cross that's in the case is in near mint and unmarked. It is of standard construction, with a nice magnetic core and a frosted and burnished frame with no splits or cracks. Comes with a piece of nice clean ribbon also.
